Emily’s Pavlovas

2 Mar

My talented cousin Emily (who made her own birthday cake last year) came over tonight to surprise us with mouth watering, individual pavlovas topped with juicy fresh fruit!

To make Emily’s pavlovas, follow the directions on my post for Eton Mess to make the meringues.

Top the cooled meringues with 300ml of whipped cream mixed with 1 tablespoon of icing sugar and slices of kiwi fruit, strawberries, blueberries and passionfruit pulp.

YUM! Thanks Em! When are you coming over again???
